Это возможно субъективно но сравнивать мне есть с чем, возможно вопрос в менеджере Алексей который ведёт авто нашей компании (ему отдельное спасибо) за ответственный подход к работе. Может дело в корпоративной этике и отношении к клиенту. Но факт остаётся фактом, за два года обслуживания моего автопарка на данном сервисе,не было ни единого не приятного момента. Работы проводятся в обусловленные сроки и качество исполнения на высоте. Рядом находиться БМВ на котором тоже я частый гость. Не смотря на разницу в класах авто и ценах Атлант М выше на голову, правда на БМВ до карантина вкусные печеньки были :)

For example, the question: "How long does it take to repair the ABC system in time and cost?" give answers like "this is a long time, how long I will not say, but a long time", similarly and at the cost of "I do not even know about" ... Orient what is done with the car, where it is driven, for what, how long to wait, where wait etc. none of the employees will be.

Not far from the service center there is an ideal workshop and they will perfectly make you ,, Berlin auto ,, auto owners I understand how well you worry about your steel horse and give your word that that workshop is the best in Kiev as far as I always go through MOT and they always know their job !! I don’t write it on purpose so that I would get a discount there later and I write because I understand perfectly how you give the car to the workshop and worry about it.Atlant, though a service, but there are swindlers !!!

This was not the first, but definitely the last time, when we contacted your service center. You guys can’t even imagine how you let me down by delaying the time by 2 days. If you immediately told the real dates, we would just give you the car a week later, and there would be no unpleasant situations. But because of your irresponsibility and careless attitude to work, you lost another client who was serviced by insurance and always in considerable amounts (UAH 80 thousand for repairs seems to be good for the service, right?). I hope that someday we will still take our car from you and never again, hear, NEVER, you will not have my feet.

The demand for vw in Ukraine is too great and therefore the lines are long for 9-10 months with an unpredictable price at the time of delivery.

Needed to wait 15 min for the consultant. Salespeople talk on the phone while presenting the car to client (inside the car!), discussing renovation works at own flat and telling the client to hold on (for 5 minutes). If you respect yourself and your money - avoid this place at all costs. I had an awful impression of VW brand and their approach. Bought a car of a different producer.

I will try to describe my impressions without emotions, with facts only:- Asked just to change the oil in the engine = for some reason, they entered me into the account the left diagnostics of dyzhostki, blocks, etc. without my knowledge- I asked to adjust the boot clearances = done anyhow, the clearances are still not adjusted normally.- It was necessary to make the DSG adaptation = without my knowledge, the employees went for a ride in the afternoon to the city center in my car arguing that they had to drive in high gears (as they were going to do in the afternoon, at rush hour at Zhilyanskaya, the Sports Palace and Saksagansky I not understood). I only found out about this when the immobilizer of the alarm went off, which went awry due to the fact that in service mode it had already traveled more than 10km.After almost a week, I did not receive any explanations or apologies from the representatives.Is it worth it to trust your car to such a 'service' yourself.
